Netflix has expanded into India’s regional film markets and is known for being selective about Indian films and web projects.
They are gearing up to produce a new web series starring Sundeep Kishan in the lead role. Mallik Ram, director of “Tillu Square“, will helm this exciting project with shooting expected to begin after Dasara.
Currently pre production is underway, and an official announcement is anticipated soon.
Rajiv Chilaka, known for creating Chota Bheem and producing films like Allari Naresh “Aa Okkati Adakku“, will co produce this project with Netflix.
Meanwhile, Sundeep Kishan is busy filming Trinadha Rao Nakkina’s new entertainer, aiming for completion this year before allocating his schedule for Netflix project. The shooting for the Netflix series will span six months.
