The Om Raut-directed movie is rumoured to be among the most expensive ones in Indian film history. The cancellation of the IMAX premiere due to a conflict with The Flash dealt it a severe hit. While things appeared to be going well in other areas, the Sita incident led to a ban in Nepal.

Adipurush had been banned by the Nepal Censor Board due to the contentious conversation, “Sita is India’s daughter.” According to recent reports, restrictions have been relaxed as a result of the scandalous scene being cut from the film. This is unquestionably encouraging for the Prabhas-starring film, which will now have a larger global box office with the inclusion of a new market!

It was previously stated that Adipurush’s box office receipts from the international market increased by $16,000. On the other hand, it has profited from advance booking in India by roughly 15 crores.

Prabhas portrays Ram in Adipurush, while Kriti Sanon plays Sita and Saif Ali Khan plays Raavan. Along with others, it features Devdatta Nage, Sunny Singh, and Sonal Chauhan.
