Tamil actor-director duo Dhanush and Selvaraghavan’s film, Naane Varuvean had a simultaneous release in Telugu as Nene Vasthunna. Opened to poor reports, the film managed to collect only Rs 0.17 crore share on its first day at the Telugu box office. Below is area-wise break up data.

As per the reports, the pre-release business for Nene Vasthunna is done for Rs 1.85 crore and should collect Rs 2 crore share to be a clean hit. As the film has collected Rs 0.17 crore on its first day, it should collect Rs 1.83 crore share to achieve break-even status.
