After the success of Veera Simha Reddy, Balakrishna and director Gopichand Malineni are coming together again for a new film, currently called NBK111.
The project was announced in a big way and was first planned as a royal period drama. Nayanthara was selected as the heroine.
But after the poor box office result of Akhanda 2 the team reportedly changed their plans. The earlier story was dropped and Gopichand prepared a new script based on current audience taste.
As per reports, the film will start shooting from March 5th. Producer Venkata Satish Kilaru is backing the project.
The makers have also reduced the budget considering market conditions. With a fresh script and this hit combo, expectations are high.
