Nayanthara’s next to skip its theatrical release

Star heroine Nayanthara’s 65th film, Netrikann under the direction of Gruham fame Milind Rau has wrapped up its entire shooting formalities last year itself and awaiting the release. Meanwhile, the latest news is that the film is going to skip its theatrical release and opt for a direct OTT release soon.

Reportedly, noted streaming platform Disney Plus Hotstar has acquired the film’s digital rights and gearing up to stream soon. Touted as an intense thriller, Nayan will be seen in the role of a visually challenged lady. What if a visually challenged Nayan’s character comes across a serial women killer? Is going to be showcased with enough thrilling elements.

Nayanthara’s boyfriend Vignesh Shivan has bankrolled Netrikann. The film’s first look teaser which was out last year during Nayan’s birthday has impressed everyone and raised expectations on the film.
