National Cinema Day postponement; A huge disappointment for this week releases

All the leading national multiplex chains such as PVR, Inox Cinepolis have earlier announced that marking National Cinema Day on September 16th, the ticket prices across all multiplexes in the country will be offered for a low ticket price compared to the existing prices.

Cashing in on the advantage of low ticket price on September 16th, medium and small range films in all industries are gearing up for the same day release. But the latest we hear is that the National Cinema Day in our country is pushed to September 23rd from 16th and the offer on ticket prices will also be available only on the postponed date.

Having high hopes on September 16th, the makers of mid-range films like Nenu Meeku Baaga Kavalsinavaadini, Saakini Daakini and Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meku Chappali in Telugu who scheduled their respective film releases on the same day are now left in huge disappointment.
