Yarlagadda Sumanth’s highly anticipated comeback film Naruda DONARuda completed it’s censor formalities and was awarded U/A certification. The makers are very happy with the film and they are quite confident that the movie will be a success.
Naruda DONARuda is an official remake of Vicky Donor. The movie in hindi became a sensation with its unapologetic story telling and soft romance. The sensitive subject like infertility and sperm donation were handled with sensibility. Today’s Pink maker Shoojit Sircar’s first movie Vicky Donor. After that he went on to make Madras Cafe, Piku and now produced Pink.
Now Mallik Ram has remade the film according to telugu audience sensibilities and as for the reports he handled the comic portions well and there are few changes from the original that gelled well with the script. Pallavi Joshi gave a nuanced performance it seems and veteran Tanikella Bharani after a long time gave a performance to remember. Sumanth looked very fresh and carried the film with required exuberance it seems. The makers are planning to release the film by November 1st week.
The songs released recently, became popular and the new music director Sri Charan Pakala is being appreciated for his work. May be a new chapter in romcoms in Telugu which is slowly looking to move beyond routine films.
