Natural Star Nani was last seen in director Vikram Kumar’s Gang Leader. The film, which released in 2019 turned out to be one of the most entertaining films last year. The actor has a slew of films at different stages of production. He is presently busy with Mohan Krishna Indraganti’s V, Shiva Nirvana’s Tuck Jagadish and his recently launched film Shyama Singha Roy. Reportedly, Nani will essay a quirky role in his upcoming film Tuck Jagadish. Going by the latest reports, Tuck Jagadish is said to be inspired by a popular Tamil film Agni Natchathiram, helmed by director Mani Ratnam.

Agni Natchathiram’s story revolves around two half brothers played by Karthik and Prabhu. They are always at loggerheads at each other and when a conflict related to his father arises, they join forces. If sources are believed to be true, Tuck Jagadish’s story is loosely based on the same concept. The makers of the film are tight-lipped about the details. Tuck Jagadish is jointly produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under Shine Screens. The film has music scored by SS Thaman, who is fresh off from the success of his latest film Ala Vaikuntapurramloo.
