Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy to have AR Rahman on board?

Natural Star Nani, who was last seen in Gang Leader, has a bevy of films under different stages of production. As he is awaiting the release of his upcoming film V with director Mohankrishna Indragranti, he is concentrating on his upcoming film. On his birthday last week, Nani announced the title of his new film as Shyam Singha Roy. Rahul Sankrityan of Taxiwaala fame has been roped in to direct the film. Along with the title, the makers released a video which indicated that the story of the film is intriguing and gripping.

Now, there are rumours doing the rounds that the makers of Shyam Singha Roy are planning to approach composer AR Rahman to score for the film. The film is produced by Sithara Entertainments on a grand scale and hence they feel that having an experienced composer like him would boost the film’s output. An official confirmation regarding the same will be out in the coming weeks. As of now, director Rahul and his team are busy finalizing the cast of the film. According to reports Sai Pallavi and Rashmika Mandanna are in consideration to play the female leads in the film.
