Nani’s Nenu Local set for February release!

Trinadha Rao last directed Raj Tarun and Avika Gor in Cinema Chupistha Mama which became a surprise hit at the box office. After that he got a chance to direct Nani and Keerthy Suresh, in a Dil Raju production. The movie was supposed to release this month end, but got delayed due to Keerthy Suresh date issues and some tantrums. In a way, it was good for Nani as well, has he had already released three films in the year and made a cameo in Avasarala Srinivas directorial, JoAtchyuthananda. The actor’s early movie, Majnu had a good opening but did not win over the audience as expected.

It registered to be a below average film and few audience were heard saying Nani should concentrate on making solid content oriented movies rather than pacing them through. With this delay, even the makers got time to correct their product and fine tune it if required. The love story and chemistry is said to be the highlight of Nenu Local along with Nani’s character turning out to be a complete quintessential mass hero eccentricities of a Telugu Film, for the first time. The teasers released have showcased that this will be a new subject for Nani atleast.

Interestingly, Senior heroes Venkatesh and Nagarjuna have planned to release their movies, Guru and Om Namo Venkatesaya, in the gap of two weeks, Jan 26th and Feb 10th, respectively. With Nani looking to release his movie in February, he might look to release it Feb 3rd or after the release of Om Namo Venkatesaya. The release is yet to be finalised and even January and February are going to be exciting period for Telugu Film lovers with three big films releasing in the span of weeks.
