Slowly filmmakers are realizing the reality. There are very minimal chances of releasing their movies in theaters this year. We are entering into August and as per the Unlock 3.0 announced by the government, theaters and multiplexes will be shut down till August 31st. The government will assess the situation and then make a decision on theaters reopening by August end.
Though the theaters will be reopened, filmmakers will not risk releasing their movies anytime soon. So it might be safe to say that the promising films will postpone their releases to either Christmas or Sankranthi 2021. Even Dussehra season is looking out of place for now.
While some of the movies are slowly making their moves for Sankranthi releases. Already, Rang De and Most Eligible Bachelor have announced that their movies will release for Sankranthi. On the other hand, Nani is remaining silent on his next movie release. V has been looking for release since March 25th. It has completed all for the production formalities. Then, why Nani and Dil Raju remain silent on this movie’s release?
