Natural Star Nani is about to get his second consecutive film released directly on OTT, with his upcoming film Tuck Jagdish about to release directly on Amazon Prime and start streaming from September 10th. After the direct OTT release of his previous film V, it was said that Nani was firm on making sure that he didn’t want any other film of his to release directly on OTT, but is now going ahead with a direct OTT release for Tuck Jagdish.

Many statements have been made against Nani, and his decision to directly release Tuck Jagdish on Amazon Prime. It was even said that Nani’s films should be banned from releasing in theatres and that he should be banned as well. Responding to this, on the occasion of the trailer launch of his film, Nani said that he would ban himself from Tollywood if he allowed his films to release on OTT platforms when theatres function regularly.

Nani also said that these are exceptional and unexpected circumstances, which are warranting the kind of decision that he has taken. He said that while it pains him to have taken this decision, he took it with the best interest of everyone at his heart.
