Nani has been facing little criticism for choosing more mass and action films instead of the content driven and family oriented stories that established him as an actor.
In recent years, he has appeared in Dasara, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, Hit 3 and The Paradise. His upcoming film Bloody Romeo, directed by Sujeeth, is also expected to be a mass action story.
However, Nani recently said he wants to return to family oriented films soon and has already locked a project after Bloody Romeo.
Now, there is buzz that he may team up with director Venky Atluri, who made Lucky Bhaskar and Vishwanath And Sons.
Reports suggest Nani liked Venky’s work and asked for a universal family entertainer. Naga Vamsi may produce the project.
