Natural Star Nani is one of the ever-growing in popularity young actors in Telugu Cinema. He is also known for spreading some awareness among the youth about different socially relevant issues and he took to twitter to comment on the recent comments about Film Industry made by several actors and media representatives as part of discussions and arguments.
The controversy started with several actress trying to talk about the casting couch in Industry and then it went on to people talking about how film Industry should be supporting Government in their fight for Special Category Status. The arguments have reached to such state that people started commenting on others and implying some malign to each and every person in the Industry. Nani came out to ask for all this to stop as kids are watching these debates and it will show an affect on them.
He tweeted,
“Strongly condemn the way our TV channels and their hosts and a few YouTube channels are constantly focusing on maligning the film industry. Remember, our media plays an important role in shaping the future.
Kids are watching .. enough .. Stop it!!”
Well, there are mixed reactions for his comments on social media but we have to take in account what he said too. MAA, Movie Artists Association had to give a complaint on a media channel for maligning words and there are others too who are using unparliamentary words. If there are issues, they should be sorted out amicably with debate but these media interviews are nothing but TRP games.
