Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana is set to create history with its massive international release. The film is expected to release on more than 50,000 screens worldwide making it the biggest overseas release for an Indian film without fail.
Sony Pictures will handle its international distribution. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and the epic stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana. Sunny Deol, Ravi Dubey, Kajal Aggarwal and many others are also part of the cast.
The film is being made as a two part epic with DNEG handling the visual effects in an amazing way. Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman are composing the music.
The recently released trailer received a huge response across languages and increased expectations.
The first part will release during Diwali this November while the second part is planned for Diwali next year.
