Nagarjuna in a huge Hindi production

Nagarjuna debuted in Hindi with Shiva and it worked out well for him and even the director, Ram Gopal Verma. They both did Antham as a Hindi-Telugu bilingual with Hindi film festival titled, Drohi. Post that Nagarjuna got many offers and he did films like Angaarey, Khuda Gawah, Zakhm and few more till 1999 and appeared in a cameo in 2003, in LOC Kargil.

After 15 years, he has accepted another Hindi film and again he will be sharing screen space with the likes of Amitabh Bachchan. Also, he will get a chance to act with the latest Sensation of Bollywood, Ranbir Kapoor, who recently scored a blockbuster hit, Sanju.

Ayan Mukherji, the director of Yeh Jawani Hein Deewani is making a huge socio-fantasy film that will release as a series, Brahmastra, with Ranbir and Alia. The movie shoot has started and Nag got an offer from Karan Johar, the producer to play a pivotal role, it seems. What will be the role? What is the movie all about?
