Naga Shaurya, last appearance was in “Rangabali,” released last year. While he has signed on for a new film and completed the first schedule of shooting, production halted due to disagreements between the director and producer.
Naga Shaurya made efforts to resolve the issues, but the producer is unwilling to continue the project. The film has already spent close to Rs. 12 crores on shooting, including advances, salaries, and pre-production costs.
The matter has now been escalated to the Film Chamber, where industry leaders are working to mediate between the director and producer.
With such high expenses for just 12 days of shooting completed, no other producer is willing to take over the project.
Naga Shaurya has chosen to remain silent after his attempts.
