Naga Chaitanya’s first look for Ugadi!

Akkineni Naga Chaitanya made a great comeback with Premam and Sahasam Swasaga Saagipo, last year. After many films that had a lacklustre outing at the box office, Premam gave him a ray of new hope and even brought out the actor in him like never before. After such success, the next movie of Chaitanya has been looked at with great interest by his fans and common audience as well. When Akkineni Nagarjuna announced that he will take care of the script for the movie and look over the production of the film, fans were excited about the possibility of the movie becoming a box office success, that Naga Chaitanya has been waiting for years.

Similarly, updates about the movie created buzz around the movie like never before. The film was said to be a love story like Nagarjuna’s Ninne Pelladutha and the director of Soggade Chinni Nayana, Kalyan Krishna was given the opportunity to write and direct the movie. He wrote more than ten drafts before Nagarjuna gave thumbs up as per the close sources. Also, with the actor announcing his decision to marry co-star Samantha Ruth Prabhu and subsequent engagement have also gained him more followers than ever before.

The shooting of the movie started in November and Rakul Preet Singh was chosen to romance Chaitanya. The film progressed at a brisk pace in Vizag and Hyderabad. The film has entered in the final schedule and by the end of April, the complete shoot of the film will be done. The Annapurna Studios team are contemplating a release date by the end of May or early, June. The title of the movie will be revealed along with a first look for this Ugadi, on 29th of March!
