Naga Chaitanya scores a hit with Majili, in which he romanced with his real-life partner Samantha Akkineni. The film, directed by Shiva Nirvana, became a blockbuster hit in 2019 and brought a new lease of life for the actor who had back to back flops. After the success of Majili, he took his time to finalize his next set of films. It was reported that he had signed a film with director Parasuram of Geetha Govindam fame. The film was supposed to be produced by 14 Reels Plus production house.
Now, the latest report suggests the production house has put it on hold indefinitely. This came after the filmmaker took his decision to work with Mahesh Babu in his next film. This indicates that the filmmaker will be occupied for the next 6 to 7 months with his big-budget flick. So, the production house has shelved Naga Chaitanya and Parasuram’s film. Since both of them are busy with their present commitments, we have to wait and see if the duo would come together for the film once again or not. Currently, Naga Chaitanya is shooting for Love Story with Sai Pallavi.
