Naga Chaitanya Sticks To His Own Path

Naga Chaitanya went through a tough phase before making a strong comeback this year with Thandel which earned nearly Rs. 100 crore at the box office. He is now busy shooting his next film NC24, titled Vrusha Karma, directed by Virupaksha fame Karthik Dandu.

The success of Thandel and this new collaboration boosted the confidence of Akkineni fans, who felt Chaitanya’s career was back on the right track.

After finishing Vrusha Karma, he is expected to begin his milestone film, NC25. Fans were hoping this project would be made with a top director like Boyapati Srinu or Koratala Siva.

However Chaitanya has always followed his own judgment while choosing films, rather than chasing big names.

Reports say NC25 may be directed by Clax of Bedurulanka 2012 fame, which has disappointed some fans. The project is said to be progressing well and may start soon after Vrusha Karma is completed.
