Playing a wheelchair-bound character means you have to struggle against various odds! For ‘Oopiri’, Nagarjuna had to do just that. Likewise Hollywood, where George Clooney and Christain Bale believe in actually ‘living’ the roles that they do, our Nag is also quite like that. And doing that has its pitfalls.
The very active actor, known for his incredible fitness and workout regimes had to sit on a chair for hours to do this role. No wonder, he would just jump out of his wheelchair, whenever his shot was okayed and pace around. We hear, the actor who is very particular about his shooting schedule (usually sleeps off by 10 pm) couldn’t sleep till post midnight on most days.
Nag, no wonder wrapped up the shoot and went off for a relaxing vacay to Maldives with wife Amala and sons, Chai and Akhil. However, he is back now and the shoot is over, so we are hoping Nag is back to his strict regime.
