Nag with Omkar in Raju Gari Gadhi sequel?

Akkineni Nagarjuna tweeted few days ago that he is on clouds while shooting at Mahabhaleshwar. He is completing his movie Om Namo Venkatesaya which is in the last leg of shooting. This year the fans of the hero are also in a happy mood and walking on cloud 9. His movies Soggade Chinni Nayana and Oopiri garnered collections at box office and also praises for his performances. His son Naga Chaitanya also earned name for his performance and a box office success with Dussehra release, Premam.

On personal front to he is happy that his sons have decided to settle down in their lives with the significant others they love. Naga Chaitanya is marrying Samantha next year and Akhil has decided to marry his lady love designer early next year. Dad Nag is busy planning their engagements and wedding ceremonies.

According to sources, Omkar after making a successful film as a director with Raju Gari Gadhi he is looking to make a sequel to the successful film and he needs a big hero in a special role for the film. As reported by few other news outlets, the role is not of a lead but it would be something special connected to the film.

Nag listened to the narration by Omkar and got excited about his role. The final agreement hasn’t been achieved yet. The movie will start after Akhil ‘s marriage next year. If the news turns to be true and Nag acts in the film, this will be his first horror comedy film and he will be the second hero in senior heroes to star in a horror movie after Venky, Nagavalli. Chiru and Balayya might be thinking about trying this genre too. BalaKrishna did star as a ghost in O Kodathara ulliki padathara but would love to see him in a full-length horror film some day.
