Allu Arjun, Arjun Sarja, Sharath Kumar, Anu Emmanuel and others starter, Naa Peru Surya, directed by Vakkantham Vamsi released on 4th May. The movie is about an army soldier, who has the biggest temper and how he faces problems as he tries to change his attitude and character. The movie even though had a measured performance from Bunny, found mixed reception from audience and critics.
The movie after a big start on Friday did well on Saturday but fell really bad on Sunday during first and second shows. On Monday also, it started out in the same way and the movie needs to do much better than 50-60% occupancies on weekdays as May is already crowded. Over the weekend, the movie collected a total of Rs. 38 crores share, Worldwide. It needs to collect more than 80 crores to break even and we have to wait and see, if Family audience, will come into picture like previous Bunny movies, to save this one.
