Mukhachitram box office status

Mukhachitram starring Vishwak Sen in a key cameo had a theatrical release yesterday. While National award-winning writer Sandeep Raj provided story and screenplay, Gangadhar directed the movie. Opened to below-par reports, Mukhachitram managed to collect only Rs 0.30 crore share during its opening weekend. Below is area-wise break up data.

It is been reported that the pre-release business for Mukhachitram is done for Rs 1.35 crore and the film should collect Rs 1.6 crore share to emerge as a box office winner. The first weekend status of Mukhachitram gives a clear hint that the audience rejected Mukhachitram outrightly.
