Mr. Majnu opens on an encouraging note

Akhil Akkineni past two films as lead ended up as disasters at the box office. Hello, did receive critical acclaim and even in Mr. Majnu reviews some did mention how impressive he was in Hello too, still the movie failed.

Now, Mr. Majnu released with a moderate hype and buzz as the public did not think of this movie too high. The film did build on craze as it is releasing in the theatres.

It collected Rs. 4.35 crores on the opening day and as the talk is not too weak, the movie is expected to pick up even better on Saturday and Sunday.

Movie team is happy with the response and the trade pundits are expecting the movie to end up as Akhil’s first hit at the box office, for sure.
