Advance bookings in some areas started very late as distributors and exhibitors agreements took time to finalise. Also, F2 run at the box office forced some distributors to look at the box office situation and demand again.
As the movie F2 fell drastically, many theatres decided to take Mr.Majnu to replace it for Republic Day weekend. If the movie manages a positive feedback, Akhil could come up with better revenues than the trade is expecting.
