Mowgli is Roshan Kanakala’s second film after Bubblegum and is directed by Sandeep Raj. Produced by People Media Factory, the film features Bandi Saroj as the villain. The teaser and trailer created buzz, and also an emotional tweet by the director brought some more attention.
The movie received negative talk on day one. Openings were weak, there was no growth over the weekend, and collections dropped further on Monday, leading to show cancellations.
