Mouli, who became popular with the web series ‘#90s’ and the film ‘Little Hearts’, has shared a different view on how the film industry treats directors and heroes.
During the promotions of his latest film ‘Donga Na Koduku’, he said directors receive recognition for both hits and flops.
However, the common belief in the industry is that heroes get most of the credit when a film becomes a blockbuster, while directors are blamed when it fails.
Mouli disagreed with this idea and said directors also earn name and fame through successful films.
His comments have sparked interest, especially as he is working with director Aditya Hasan again.
