Akhil Akkineni and Pooja Hegde’s upcoming romantic entertainer, Most Eligible Bachelor has wrapped up the entire shooting formalities and is ready for a release. The movie was initially scheduled to hit the screens in the month of June but due to the ongoing pandemic crisis, the release was put on hold.
A couple of weeks back news also came out that the film will skip its theatrical release and opt for direct OTT streaming soon. However, the makers trashed all the news regarding MEB online release as baseless rumors. But the latest news we hear from our sources is that as there is no clue on when the Covid situation returns to normalcy, the film unit is seriously focusing on the OTT release options for Most Eligible Bachelor. If MEB gets an online release, how far will it impress the digital audience? Remains to be seen.
Being directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar, MEB has been jointly produced by Bunny Vas and Vasu Varma. Veteran producer Allu Aravind is presenting the movie.
