Janhvi Kapoor recently shared that she has been a victim of AI misuse. With AI apps becoming popular on social media, some people have been altering her original photos and spreading fake versions online.
Known for posting her photoshoot pictures on Instagram, Janhvi said a few individuals are using AI tools to change her body features and make the images look cheap and inappropriate.
She explained that these morphed photos are being circulated widely, and sometimes even trusted media houses have believed them to be real.
Speaking at an event, Janhvi said it’s worrying when AI-generated content can mislead both people and the media. She clarified that every picture she shares for magazines, brands, or social media is her own choice, and AI edits wrongly misrepresent her.
On the work front, Janhvi is busy with Ram Charan’s Peddi, her Oscar-entry film Homebound, and promoting Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari.
