Mohan Babu Issues Apology For Attack On Journalist

After sharing an audio message explaining why he acted aggressively, Mohan Babu apologized to the journalist he attacked.

A few days ago, during a family dispute, when the media tried to speak with him, Mohan Babu hit a journalist with a microphone. The journalist was badly injured and had to undergo surgery.

Mohan Babu, who has been unwell for the past two days, posted a formal apology on social media. He wrote, “I deeply regret that a personal family issue escalated into a bigger problem, causing distress to the TV9 family and the entire journalist community”.

He further explained, “In a tense moment, when around 30-50 people, including anti-social elements, broke my gate and entered my house forcefully, I lost my composure. Amid this chaos, the media unintentionally got involved”.

“While trying to handle the situation, Mr. Ranjith, one of your journalists, got injured. I am truly sorry for the pain and inconvenience caused to him, his family, and TV9. I regret that my actions in that stressful moment caused anguish to your organization and Mr. Ranjith’s family”.
