Manchi Lakshnalunna Abbayi, MLA, starring Nandamuri Kalyanram, Kajal Aggarwal, has been under production from September 2017. The movie is one of the eagerly awaited films for Kalyanram and Nandamuri fans. The film has completed all the works now and it is going for censor formalities on 15th Match. The movie is directed by Upendra Madhav, who assisted Srinu Vaitla before. The producers and director, met the press to talk about the film on Wednesday.
Director Upendra Madhav said, “This is my debut film and I am extremely nevoie and excited at the same time. I enjoyed working with all the team members along with cast and crew. My team has been extremely supportive and Kajal, Kalyanram are easy to work with. They encouraged me a lot and never let me feel like a debutante. My producers also gave me what I asked for and I am thankful to them for giving me such an opportunity. I would love to thank Kalyanram and all the cast and crew too.”
Producers said, “We are happy to be a part of this film. The movie took its time during production but we never felt any pressure. Kalyanram co-operated with us all the while and he is a producer’s hero. We completed all the works and sending the movie to censors tomorrow. Already, we released two songs and a teaser. We are happy with the response and soon, we will release all the songs and trailer. On 23rd March, we are planning to release the film, once we complete the censor formalities.” Prasad Murella, who worked for Attharintiki Daredi worked as cinematographer for the film. Mani Sharma is giving the music. Blue Planet Entertainments and People’s Media Factory are producing the film.
