Mimoh Chakraborty, the son of Mithun Chakraborty, discusses being bullied in his most recent interview.
One of the biggest stars of his era, Mithun Chakraborty had a sizable fan base. Even at this advanced age, his followers still adore him and affectionately refer to him as “Disco Dancer.” Mimoh Chakraborty, the actor’s son, is a well-known name but was unable to achieve the same level of success in the business as his father. The Haunted 3D actor spoke candidly in a recent interview about how students teased him at school and called him “Idli Gunda.”
In 2008, Mimoh made his significant Bollywood debut with the movie “Jimmy.” He has since worked on such movies as Rocky, Jogira Sara Ra Ra, and Loot, to name a few. Although he didn’t have the same success in the profession as his father, he is respected for his down-to-earth demeanor.
Mimoh Chakraborty said in a recent interview that she had been the target of bullying in school, saying, “My school friends used to bully me, make fun of me, and make me feel self-conscious and horrible about myself. I was referred to as the “Idli Fatso” or “Idli Gunda.” But I never let that stop me from pursuing my goals and fulfilling my destiny. Being the greatest at what you do and refusing to give the bullies victory is the best response.
Regarding the methods implemented in schools, Mimoh Chakraborty continued, “I believe that a school’s culture should be such that kindness triumphs over the competition since kindness is the best defense against the ugly of bullying. In my opinion, bullying in schools should end, and measures should be taken to absolutely exclude any chance of it happening again. For students to come forward and voice their problems, there must be enough security, appropriate counselling, and a friendly administration.
