Mension House Mallesh Movie Review & Rating!

Actor Srinath Maganti, who gained recognition with HIT and Lucky Baskhar, makes his debut as a hero with Mension House Mallesh. Directed by Bala Satish, the film faced several production delays and finally released in theatres. Did Srinath succeed as a lead hero, and what is Mallesh’s struggle? Let’s find out.

Mension House Mallesh Story: Mallesh (Srinath Maganti) grows up addicted to alcohol after losing his father at a young age. His simple life changes when Jyothi (Gayatri Ramana) enters it.

But on their first night, he realizes he is not the strong man the village believes him to be. How he deals with this problem and saves his respect forms the story of Mension House Mallesh.

Performances: Srinath Maganti appears completely different as Mallesh and impresses with his mannerisms, body language, looks, and accent. Gayatri Ramana delivers a mature performance and expresses emotions gracefully. Kamakshi Bhaskarla shines in the second half, especially in the bike and police station scenes.

Rajkumar Kasireddy’s comedy works well, particularly in scenes with Srinath. Muralidhar Goud performs naturally in his role. Producer Rajesh plays an important part but is not very impressive as an actor. Sai Prasanna entertains with a funny maid character.

Technical Aspects: Ammamuthu’s cinematography elevates the film well, though better attention to color tones could have improved the emotional connection. Suresh Bobbili’s music mixes regional flavor with commercial style, with the rap song “Mogodnira” and the background score standing out.

Director Bala Satish handles the sensitive subject in a sensible way and presents romantic scenes creatively using radio and old song references. While the first half works well, the second half feels dull, with a few scenes diverting the story. Still, Bala Satish impresses as a writer and filmmaker.

Analysis: Choosing a taboo topic like erectile dysfunction as the main theme is a bold step. Unlike Ek Mini Katha, which handled a similar idea with comedy, Mension House Mallesh treats it in a sensitive and emotional way.

Though some deviations make the second half weaker, the film is still worth watching for Bala Satish’s sensible direction, the natural performances of Srinath Maganti and Gayatri Ramana, and Suresh Bobblli’s music.

Verdict: Mension House Mallesh is a bold film that handles a sensitive topic in a sensible way. Despite a weaker second half, the performances and music make it a decent watch.
