Mega Star Chiranjeevi was about to resume the shooting of his upcoming movie Acharya. As a part of the protocol, Chiranjeevi has undergone a COVID test and unfortunately test for COVID positive. The news was revealed by Chiru himself. He has tweeted, “Took a test for COVID before resuming Acharya shoot as a protocol and unfortunately tested positive. I am currently asymptomatic and quarantining myself at home. Request all those who met me in the last 5 few days to also undergo COVID tests. Will update you on my recovery soon.”
It is very well known that Chiranjeevi along with Nagarjuna has met the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao to hand over the cheques for the Telangana Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
Now with Chiranjeevi being tested positive, the Acharya shoot has been put on hold. Koratala Siva is directing the film and Kajal Aggarwal is the heroine.
