Master: Vijay’s film is a cop story?

Social media was taken by storm yesterday as Vijay’s Master audio launch took place in Chennai last night. At the audio launch, Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi mesmerised everyone with their speeches. Earlier, it was reported that Vijay will essay a college professor in the film. But, look at the stage decoration of the venue, it looks like there is a cop element in the film which can make things quite interesting. Rumours suggest that Vijay could also essay the role of a cop in the film.

While speaking at the audio launch, Lokesh Kanagaraj said that all the promotional materials are in line with the theme of the film. He further added that the first look poster was the film’s introduction, while the second look poster was the interval block. The third look poster is the epic climax which features a face off between Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi. Vijay turned up in an all-black coat suit for the event and thanked his costume designer Pallavi for it. He also said that he has come dressed like his friend Ajith to the event. Master is slated to hit the theatres on April 9, but an official statement is still awaited.
