Sometimes scoring a blockbuster is not enough to grab more opportunities. Luck has to be on our side. Maruthi, one of the directors who bank on entertaining films has last year scored a huge blockbuster with the movie Pratiroju Pandage. Though after delivering a huge success, Maruthi has been idle for the last 8 months and will continue to be in waiting mode with no option left.
Actually, Maruthi has tried movies with many star heroes. He has narrated scripts to Allu Arjun, Nani, Ravi Teja, Varun Tej, etc., but every one of them is busy with their own commitments. All these heroes are committed to at least 2-3 films. So with no option in hand, Maruthi has decided to wait.
In the meantime, Maruthi is planning to do a web series on Allu Aravind’s OTT platform, Aha. We have to wait and see what kind of content he comes up with.
