Manchu Manoj Begins Tough Training For His Next Big Film

Manchu Manoj has once again grabbed everyone’s attention by sharing a glimpse of his fitness transformation.

Actor recently shared workout photos and spoke about the discipline he has followed over the last three weeks.

He said he decided to stop making excuses and focus only on hard work and training. He also explained that action films need real physical effort because every punch and stunt must look very genuine on screen.

Calling it ‘Week 3’ of his journey and he said he is now focusing more on stamina, strength and mental toughness rather than just appearance.

Recently Manoj impressed audiences with his role as Mahabir Lama, also known as Black Sword, in Mirai. Next he will appear in the period action film David Reddy, set during the British era.
