Mammootty’s character in Akhil’s film revealed!

Akhil Akkineni got one of the dreamiest debuts in Tollywood, with Vinayak as the director and Nithiin as the producer of his debut film. There were a lot of expectations on Akhil’s debut film, Akhil, but the film turned out to be a major disappointment for everyone involved.

Ever since his debut, Akhil has not managed to score a good hit, despite doing two films after Akhil. There were decent expectations on Akhil’s Hello and Mr. Majnu, but both of these films fell flat.

Akhil’s upcoming film, Most Eligible Bachelor, doesn’t have many expectations on it, which leaves Akhil with Surender Reddy’s Agent, as the only film he can hope to get a good success with. Akhil’s Agent is going to feature Malayalam superstar Mammootty, who will be seen laying an important role in the film. It was earlier speculated that Mammotty will be playing the lead antagonist, then it was speculated that he would be seen as Akhil’s father, and now, it is being said that Mammootty will be seen as Akhil’s guru in the film. Mammootty’s last film in Telugu was Yatra, which was YSR’s biopic. It will now be interesting to see Mammotty on Telugu screens once again.
