Yoodlee Films and Theatre Of Dreams are co-producing Mammootty Starrer Bazooka.
In Kerala’s Ernakulam, megastar Mammootty started filming his forthcoming movie “Bazooka” on May 10.
A stunning Malayalam criminal drama, the movie immediately hooked Mammootty with its chills.
The film, which will also include Gautham Menon and be filmed in Cochin and Bengaluru, will be directed by Deeno Dennis, a first-time filmmaker and the elder Kaloor Dennis’s son.
Talking about the film, Mammootty said, “It is nice to come across a script that takes you by surprise and grabs your interest instantly. ‘Bazooka‘ is an action film but it is also a game of wits and has strong, well-etched characters. It is a very well-constructed, taut script and I am looking forward to the filming process because I know my character will take me on a very interesting journey.
“This film is the culmination of a lifetime dream to work with Mammootty sir, and this script gave me the opportunity to do so,” said director Deeno Dennis. I’m overjoyed because I have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lead someone of his calibre and experience. Theatre Of Dreams and Yoodlee Films are both co-producing the movie.
