Adivi Sesh is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Major, which is based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who sacrificed himself for his nation, during the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, in the Taj Mahal hotel. The film is all set to be released on June 3rd across the country, in all major Indian languages, making it Sesh’s first pan-Indian film.
The teaser, trailer, and songs from the film have developed the interest and intrigue surrounding the film. Directed by Sashi Kiran Thikka, Major has been one of the most hotly anticipated films in India. Saiee Manjrekar is the leading lady in this film, in which Revathi, Prakash Raj, Murali Sharma, Shobhita Dhulipala, and several others will be seen in important roles.
The makers of the film have now announced the ticket prices of Major in the Telugu states, with the ticket prices being as follows: in Telangana, it is Rs. 150 for single screens and Rs. 195 for multiplexes; while in Andhra Pradesh, it is Rs. 147 for single screens and Rs. 177 for multiplexes. In Telangana, when compared to the ticket prices of recently released films, the ticket prices for Major are considerably very reasonable and are on the affordable spectrum too. Hence, ti is to be seen how the footfalls for the film would be.
