Major setback for Rashmika Mandanna; Will the same story repeat?

Happening star heroine Rashmika made her Kollywood debut with a film titled, Sulthan. Starring Karthi in the lead role, the film released on April 2nd simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu.

But as a rude shock for Rashmika, the film ended up as a failure at the box office. While Rashmika pinned a lot of hopes on her Kollywood debut, Sulthan literally came as a speed breaker for Rashmika Mandanna.

On the other hand, Rashmika is gearing up for her Bollywood film titled, Mission Majnu which is expected to have a release this year only. After a major setback with her Kollywood debut, Will Rashmika Mandanna manages to get a hit with her maiden Bollywood film? Remains to be seen.

In Telugu, Rashmika has two interesting projects such as Pushpa and Aadavaallu Meeku Johaarlu in the pipeline.
