Major movie starring Adivi Sesh would have completed the shoot in Mumbai, if not for Covid-19 outbreak and lockdown. The writer-actor and his director, Sasikiran Tikka are now planning to shoot post lockdown mostly in Hyderabad, it seems. The movie had to face maximum effect among the films that are on sets as they have to wait for permissions to shoot in Mumbai post Lockdown and the future cannot be planned with World still trying to figure out an effective way to handle the crisis. We heard about vaccines being developed but it is still a long road for them to get approvals and to start showing affect on regular people.
As the film story is based on 26/11 attacks happened in Mumbai, the team has to figure out a way to get their film rolling in the financial capital of India. If that takes too long and if they have to spend much more than they originally planned, the team wants to go for strict budget cuts and shoot at alternative locations in Hyderabad as they cannot just open the city by themselves for shoots. Already, due to the delay, cost of production did increase but producer Mahesh Babu has asked the team to not to worry and concentrate on the quality of the film, it seems. Still, Adivi Sesh wants to keep the budget intact and make sure that the movie is profitable to all parties involved it seems. Well, we have to wait for the lockdown to be over, to know what the team has planned to complete the remaining 50% of the shoot. Film is being made as a biographical drama of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan who died in 26/11 attacks, on Mumbai.
