In Telugu Cinema or generally in Indian Cinema, birthdays of actors and festival occasions are regarded as the best periods to release the first look poster of a film or make an announcement. With bigger the star, wider the reach and fans celebrate them as huge festivals by trending on social media and putting up banners and flexes. So, producers try to create big buzz by announcing their films around such time only, mostly.

As this has become an accepted trend, we see big stars like Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun release their film updates during their birthdays and festival period mostly. Also, for every birthday of Mahesh, his new film first look poster or an announcement about his next films follows as a surprise for his fans.

Continuing with the same tradition, Ashwini Dutt, and Dil Raju, the producers of Mahesh25 are also planning to announce the title and release the first look on 9th August, his birthday, it seems. The movie team has returned to Hyderabad after completing 24 days schedule in Dehradun and soon, the team will go to USA for another big schedule. Vamsi Paidipally is directing the movie after Oopiri and movie will release on Ugadi, 2019.
