Maharshi songs are true disappointment

Another, yet the third song Everest Anchuna, from Maharshi is unveiled over the weekend and being a video promo, the song is going viral for various reasons. This is the first video promo from the film and it features Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde.

This song is received mixed response from the fans of Mahesh. Composed by Devi Sri Prasad, it sounds similar to many other songs the director has composed. First two songs Choti Choti Baathein and Nuvve Samastham have not been such big as hits and are just like any other songs. Audiences and fans of Mahesh have expected the third one to be peppy number or a mass masala song. But surprisingly, that’s what it has been. This song is rich is production values and lot of colours are added too.

But this too hasn’t lived up to the expectations. Devi Sri Prasad really needs to gear up to give some really better music at least from his upcoming films. Many young composers are debuting in the industry and it is time for the senior ones to maintain the loop to survive here.
