Madras High Court Rejects Vishal’s Plea

Actor Vishal is going through a tough phase in his career as he has not delivered a proper hit for some time.

Along with that he is also facing legal issues due to financial problems. In a loan case filed by Lyca Productions, the Madras High Court refused to give him more time to pay the money.

Earlier, a single judge ordered Vishal to repay Rs 21.29 crores to Lyca Productions with 30 percent interest. Vishal challenged this order and appealed to a Division Bench.

The Division Bench then directed him to deposit Rs 10 crores in court. Vishal asked for six more weeks to arrange the amount and submitted his bank statements.

However the Madras High Court rejected his request, stating that he had already been given enough time.
