The Movie Artistes Association elections have been a highly political issue since the very beginning, with everyone trying to win in the upcoming elections. Given that the race for the Presiddent post has now come down to Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu, things are taking more and more serious turns with every passing day.
Recently, regarding Pawan Kalyan’s speech at Republic pre-release event, Manchu Vishnu made controversial statements. Prakash Raj, who is supported by the Mega family, got back at Vishnu, reminding Vishnu that Pawan Kalyan is a part and parcel of Tollywood, and has every right to comment on the issue, which the actor needs to recognise at all times.
Now, with Vishnu resorting to Postal ballot, so that those residing in other states can vote for him, Prakash Raj has responded quite harshly. The postal ballot costs Rs. 500 per vote, which Vishnu is personally paying, which did not sit well with Prakash Raj, who has requested the senrio members of MAA to look into the issue and resolve it accordingly. The MAA elections are all set to take place on October 10th.
