Top Telugu production house Mythri Movie Makers is entering the Tamil film industry with Good Bad Ugly, starring Ajith Kumar. Since Ajith has a huge fan base in Tamil Nadu, the film is expected to get strong openings.
However, the surprising part is that Mythri hasn’t promoted the movie properly. Even though the film is releasing in Telugu in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, there’s been very little publicity there as well.
Ajith’s last film Vidaamuyarchi didn’t do well at the box office. Still, the makers didn’t put much effort into promoting this one.
As a result, Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran and starring Trisha as the female lead, is releasing on Thursday with hardly any buzz.
The songs composed by GV Prakash Kumar also didn’t catch on with the audience, adding to the lack of excitement around the film.
