Naga Chaitanya’s Love Story movie being made in the direction of Sekhar Kammula with Sai Pallavi as leading lady, won’t have an OTT premiere before theatrical release. Recently rumours have come out that the young hero’s film could see direct OTT release if producers get an amount of Rs. 33-35 crores from any platform. The rumour turns out to be false as the young hero has asked the makers to go for theatrical release of his movie and then go for OTT release. He asked them to shorten the theatrical window if required but not to rush for OTT release deal. He told them that his fans won’t like such a move.
Even Ravi Teja too did not accept for his movie, Krack to release on OTT platforms. He asked the producer to not lose hope on mass audiences connecting to their film. He watched an edit and then told them that movie will connect with mass audiences and they appreciate theatrical experience. The actor personally don’t mind to be part of an OTT movie or a series but he doesn’t a pure mass entertainer to be released on OTT platforms directly without theatrical release, first. Gopichand Malineni has already made it clear that he doesn’t want Krack to release on OTT platforms, directly.
