Sekhar Kammula’s Love Story, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi in the leading roles, is finally about to be released in the theatres on the 24th. The film was postponed several times due to the coronavirus pandemic, and audiences have been waiting to watch it in theatres, due to the immense expectations that the film has on it. The pre-bookings for Love Story have turned out to be more than impressive, and the producers of the film seem to be in the safe, for now.
Love Story remains to be a highly crucial film for the whole of Tollywood, as the film’s performance at the box office will determine the way audiences are reacting to films with expectations. Given that there are many big films lined up for release, Love Story’s performance will determine whether it’s safe to release films in theatres right now, or not, from the revenue point of view.
